About
I’m a professional photographer working out of Scarborough, Western Australia.
I grew up in the Northern Territory, developing a love of dance from an early age. At the age of six I started learning to dance and by the age of ten, I knew that I wanted to become a professional dancer. At seventeen, I auditioned and was accepted into the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), where I spent the next few years continuing my dance studies. Unfortunately, my dance career was devastatingly cut short due to medical reasons and I was forced to explore my other interests. This led me to take up studying film and media at the Central Institute of Technology, graduating with an Advanced Diploma of Screen and Media (Post Production). It was during this time that my love for the art of cinematography and photography began, resulting in the desire to step back into the dance world, but this time, from behind the lens of the camera. Since then, my passion for photography has continued to grow and it’s this passion that led me to start my own photography business.
I seek to capture the beauty in this vast world, and it’s my hope that through my photography, that others will be inspired to explore and see the world in new ways.
