Refund / Return Policy

Refunds other than what you, the consumer are entitled to under consumer law, are at my sole discretion, e.g. change of mind purchases.

If the product you receive is damaged, it will either be replaced or repaired, depending on the extent of the damage. This will be carried out at no additional cost to you. The damaged product will need to be returned and proof of purchase provided.
